Frank Edgley is a world class concertina maker, player and teacher, as well as a top notch highland bagpipe player. As Pipe Major of the Scottish Society of Windsor Pipe Band he led the band to victory in the Canadian Championship, US Championship, Inter-provincial, North American Championship and Champion Supreme.
